“A beautiful face attracts us all. We love to see them, we are attracted to them and we long for one. Many researchers and others have studied what we humans perceive as ” beautiful” symmetry, large, evenly spaced eyes, white teeth, a well-proportioned nose, and of course flawless complexion. Skin is the most important factor when people consider a person beautiful.”

Introduction

There is humidity and heat as the temperature rises and if you look at your skin closely then your skin is crying for more attention. Heavy creams, pollution, high temperature, and humidity can cause pores and other skin problems, so you must adapt your skin to the weather and climate.

Here are some tips to take care of your skin:

Apply Cleanser:

Summer is the season in which skin secretes sweat and oil to combat the hot and humid weather. Thus we need to clean the face two times a day. Cleanse should be alcohol-free and pH balanced.

Exfoliate Skin:

The basic care for skin is exfoliation. If you don’t exfoliate your skin your skin will not glow. Gently rub the exfoliator on the skin in a circular motion for 2-3 minutes and rinse it. Repeat this 2-3 times a week to get glow skin.

Protect yourself from the sun:

Protect yourself from the sun it is essential for skin care. Regular exposure to skin can cause many skin-related problems like wrinkles, age spots even skin cancer due to u.v light coming from the sun. To protect from sun exposure follow these steps:

Seek shade:

Avoid going outside from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM to protect yourself from the sun.

Wear Protective Clothing:

Cover your skin with long sleeves shirts, and long pants, and also cover your face with cotton clothes. It will decrease the exposure to sunlight.

Don’t Smoke:

If you smoke then your skin looks older and wrinkles early from your age. Smoking narrows the blood vessels and due to narrow blood vessels blood flow will reduce and the skin looks dull and pale. Oxygen and other nutrients are important for a healthy body as it is also important for the skin also. Collagen is the most important component of skin so if a person smokes it damages the collagen fibres due to which our skin gets loose if this fibre gets damaged.

Smoking is also responsible for skin cancer.

Introduce antioxidants to your skin:

Antioxidants play an important role in the beauty of the skin. It hydrates the skin and fights against the free radicals that damage the skin. Antioxidants also boost collagen and prevent premature antiageing. People can get antioxidants by having green vegetables, citrus fruits and nuts in their daily diet.

Hydrate the Skin:

Drink plenty of water as you can. Keep moisture on the skin to maintain beauty. Drink water at regular intervals. Apply hyaluronic serum to hydrate the skin during the daytime. At night apply moisturiser and a gel-based sheet mask it also smooths the skin.

Eat a healthy diet:

A healthy diet can make your skin feel good and look better. Take fruits, vegetables, grains and lean protein into your daily diet. Avoid oil-rich food.

Reduce Stress:

Stress can reduce the skin glow and trigger acne breakouts and other skin-related problems. To make healthy skin make a healthy mind, get enough sleep, spend enjoyable moments with family and friends, listen to music and watch movies, and also do meditation. Meditation helps in reducing stress.

Regular Exercise:

With the help of regular exercise, you can get healthy and glowing skin. Exercise increases the blood circulation of the body and makes skin healthy and glow.
